Everything you wanted to know about EFS-Web (new electronic filing system), but didn't know who to ask

Two items.

The fifth Rethink(IP) Aloud Podcast is an interview with Carl Oppedahl about EFS-Web.  It is a great conversation…answers many of the questions you all have about EFS-Web.  It is about a .mp3 file that you can play on your computer (Windows Media Player, iTunes, etc.), burn to CD for the car, or download to your iPod (or other .mp3 player).  It is worth listening to.  The show notes and introduction can be found in this post at Rethink(IP).

Via an email I just received:

For the sake of legal clarity (e.g. to help translators depending on rules of English grammar to interpret vital documents), it's "whom to ask". ;>}
